Onboarding Documents

1. Credit Application
Our first step for account creation is working with our Finance department to set up your credentials for Pinnacle. This is done via the Credit Application. Please ensure each section is properly filled out. Let your Sales rep know if you have any questions!

2. Credit Card Form
(OPTIONAL)
Would you rather pay by credit card than set up account terms? If so, please download and fill out the Credit Card form.

3. Authorization to Keep Credit Card on File
(OPTIONAL)
If you're paying by credit card and want to keep that card on file for future use, please download and fill out this form.

4. Onboarding Checklist
This is our Onboarding Checklist that will finalize everything for our teams. After this is filled out and returned to our Customer Success team, they will reach out to schedule onboarding calls to review our software, how to integrate with us, and answer any questions you or your team members may have.
